| Brewing Method |
Using a 120ml Gaiwan
5g of tea leaves | Water temperature 85°C | Doesn't require to rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 30 seconds
2) 15 seconds
3) 20 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 10 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of five brews.
