Following our previous collaboration with Cartier, this workshop continues our exploration of Tea × Flavour, now enriched with a contemporary interpretation of Asian culinary influences. When chocolate meets familiar yet unexpected local elements, it creates entirely new taste experiences. Intertwined with the aroma of tea, these layers unfold seamlessly, revealing a journey that is both refined and surprising.
We have carefully curated a three teas × three chocolates pairing experience to highlight both contrast and harmony, revealing the delicate balance between tea and cocoa. A guided cocoa tea tasting is also included, offering a new perspective on the versatility of cocoa.
