The dry leaves release a distinct bean-like aroma reminiscent of tofu, accompanied by a pronounced savoury freshness. On the palate, the liquor is smooth, mellow, and umami-rich. After several infusions, the profile gradually develops a clean, wild grassy character reminiscent of silvergrass. The tea shows excellent endurance across multiple infusions, with its fresh sweetness remaining even after extended steeping.
