Carefully nurtured by tea farmers through the seasons and crafted with the tea master’s artistry, fine tea leaves emerge as delicate as polished jade. Brewing a soothing, fragrant cup requires not only an understanding of tea types and teaware but also mastery of infusion techniques to reveal the tea’s finest flavors.

|Learning Highlights|
Building on "Overture to Tea Mastery - Exploring the Beauty of Tea Art", this course deepens understanding of brewing techniques using a gaiwan and teapot. Participants explore the nuances of temperature, leaf quantity, and infusion time, as well as how pouring techniques influence flavor. A specially designed tea-brewing journal enhances mastery, and a set of five tea types is provided for continued practice at home.
