Iron Goddess (Tie Guan Yin) is the mother plant, while Golden Osmanthus (Huangjin Gui) is the father plant. Although they share the same ancestry with Golden Goddess, Purple Rose Rock Tea is more delicate, exuding a subtle aroma reminiscent of roses.

Using a 300ml Mug
8g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 98°C | 3 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Increase 1 minute for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of four brews.
Using a 120ml Gaiwan
10g of tea leaves | Water temperature 98°C | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 8 seconds
2) 10 seconds
3) 15 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 5-10 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of seven brews.
