Milk Candy, Osmanthus, Loquat
Also known as TTES#12, is a cultivar developed in 1981. It's renowned for its natural milky flavour. With excellent growing environment in the high altitudes land of Alishan, the tea which harvested in the winter produces delicate aroma.

| Brewing Method |
Using a 300ml Mug
8g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 98°C | 3 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Increase 1 minute for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of three brews.
Using a 120ml Gaiwan
8g of tea leaves | Water temperature 100°C | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 45 seconds
2) 45 seconds
3) 60 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 10-20 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of six brews.
