This 2007 Mannong Organic Ripe Puerh has been aged for eighteen years, resulting in a rich, bright red liquor. It offers a sweet, smooth taste with aromas of glutinous rice, brown sugar, and wood. The flavor is mellow and the tea is resilient and delicately textured.

| Brewing Method |

Using a 300ml Mug

8g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 100°C | 2 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves twice before brewing

Increase 1-2 minutes for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of four brews.

Using a 120ml Gaiwan

8g of tea leaves | Water temperature 100°C | Rinse the tea leaves twice before brewing

Steeping time for each infusion:

1) 30-40 seconds

2) 20-30 seconds

3) 20 seconds

Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 5-10 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of ten brews.
