| Tasting Note |
The aroma of the dry leaves evokes sweet memories of winter, reminiscent of freshly baked sweet potatoes with their edges slightly caramelized, releasing a rich and layered sweetness intertwined with a distinct hint of lychee fragrance.
The tea liquor enters the palate with a velvety warmth, smooth and delicate, carrying a gentle trace of floral and honey notes, leaving a lingering sweet finish.

| Brewing Method |

Using a 300ml Mug

5g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 95°C | 3 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing 
Increase 2 minutes for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of two brews.


Using a 120ml Gaiwan

5g of tea leaves | Water temperature 95°C | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 15 seconds
2) 15 seconds
3) 20 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 15-30 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of five brews.
