Keemun black tea has a natural nutty aroma with a hint of longan sweetness and a subtle rose fragrance woven in. The tea liquor is bright red, with a soft, smooth texture and a gentle, light sweetness.

| Brewing Method |

Using a 300ml Mug

5g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 95°C | 3 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing 
Increase 1 minute for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of three brews.


Using a 120ml Gaiwan

5g of tea leaves | Water temperature 90-95°C | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing

Steeping time for each infusion:

1) 10 seconds

2) 15 seconds

3) 15 seconds

Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 20 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of five brews.
