Shui Xian originated in northern Fujian, its name linked to beauty and sacred mountains in southern folklore.

High-bush leaves are harvested from 30–60-year-old trees, whose deep roots and tall growth yield a tea of layered depth, structure, and lasting character.

| Tasting Note |
The dry leaves offer a warm, roasted aroma with a hint of baked citrus peel. Once brewed, the roasted citrus scent becomes more pronounced. From the second infusion, an orchid fragrance gradually emerges. The liquor is smooth and delicate, with a full-bodied character. As the tea is infused multiple times, the cluster aroma becomes increasingly noticeable.

| Brewing Method |
Using a 300ml Mug
8g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 98°C | 3 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Increase 1 minute for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of four brews.

Using a 120ml Gaiwan
8g of tea leaves | Water temperature 98°C | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 8 seconds
2) 10 seconds
3) 15 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 10-15 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of eight brews.
