The elementary tea master course consists of six consecutive two-hour lessons, teaches the fundamental skills required to become a tea master. The curriculum covers essential topics such as tea etiquette, attire guidelines, tasting techniques, brewing methods for different tea wares, performance styles, and skills for enhancing the flavor of tea.

The course also introduces the origins and brief history of tea, classifications and production methods of the six major tea types, tea storage requirements, basic understanding of brewing water use, and the philosophies of tea culture and tea ceremony.

Each session is divided into three parts:
1. Theory – A foundational understanding of tea-related concepts.
2. Tea Tasting and the Six Major Tea Types – A practical introduction to diverse teas.
3. Hands-On Practice – Engaging in practical exercises to solidify skills.
This comprehensive, multi-faceted approach ensures a solid grounding in the art of tea.

* Please ensure all registration information is accurate prior to booking.
* Once registered, class dates and times cannot be changed. In case of absence, up to two make-up sessions may be arranged.
* Elementary Tea Master Examination: Candidates who wish to obtain certification are required to pay a separate examination fee of HK$1,500. Upon passing both the theoretical and practical assessments, the Elementary Tea Master Certificate will be awarded by the Tea Culture International Exchange Association.
* Upon course completion, participants may progress to the Intermediate Tea Master and Advanced Tea Master courses.
* Photography, video recording, or audio recording may take place during classes and activities. Such materials may be used for course review, promotional purposes, or other related uses. Participants who do not consent are kindly requested to inform staff members in advance.
* Once enrolment is confirmed, no refund requests will be accepted.
* After the commencement of the course, attendance is limited to the registered participant only and may not be transferred to another person.
