|Tasting Note| 
The Duck Shit Phoenix Oolong exudes a lifting fragrance, with a honeysuckle-liked floral aroma pouring forth upon watering. Once brewed, the tea is in bright yellow colour with a mellow, smooth and sweet aftertaste.

| Brewing Method |

Using a 300ml Mug

8g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 100°C | 1.5~2 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing 
Increase 1 minute for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of three brews.


Using a 120ml Gaiwan

8g of tea leaves | Water temperature 98°C | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 8 seconds
2) 10 seconds
3) 15 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 10 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of five brews.
