Using a 300ml Mug
8g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 100°C | 2 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Increase 2 minutes for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of three brews.
Using a 120ml Gaiwan
10g of tea leaves | Water temperature 98°C | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 8 seconds
2) 10 seconds
3) 15 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 20 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of five brews.
