| Tasting Note |
The dry tea leaves exude an aroma reminiscent of freshly baked bread. Upon brewing, there’s a subtle citrusy tang akin to kumquat, followed by a woody fragrance reminiscent of wood and branches. The taste is smooth and rich, with a distinct aftertaste that lingers pleasantly. As the tea cools, it develops a sweetness similar to caramel, adding an extra layer of enjoyment.

| Brewing Method |

Using a 300ml Mug

8g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 100°C | 1.5-2 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Increase 1 minute for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of three brews.

Using a 120ml Gaiwan

8g of tea leaves | Water temperature 98°C | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 10 seconds
2) 10 seconds
3) 20 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 10-15 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of eight brews.
