The liquor is bright golden-yellow. Early infusions are fresh, rich, with wild character and slight astringency, followed by a swift returning sweetness that lingers on the palate.

As steeping progresses, the tea’s energy unfolds continuously with clear layers and excellent endurance.

Using a 300ml Mug

4g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 95°C | 4 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves once before brewing

2nd infusion: 2 minutes; from the 3rd infusion, add 1 minute each time. Recommended up to 5 infusions.

Using a 120ml Gaiwan

7g of tea leaves | Water temperature 95°C | Rinse the tea leaves once before brewing

Steeping time for each infusion:

1) 5–10 seconds

2) 5–10 seconds

3) 5–10 seconds

From the 4th infusion onward, increase by 10–15 seconds. Best enjoyed within 10 infusions.
