Anji Baicha

Anji Baicha

Anji Bai Cha, made from the Bai Ye No.1 cultivar, is a refined Chinese green tea with orchid-shaped, emerald leaves. Its tender buds are white in early spring. Notably high in L-theanine—2-3 times more than regular green teas—it offers antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and stress-relieving benefits.

The first two infusions are fresh, brisk, and rich in fine tea hairs, offering a smooth and refined mouthfeel.
As the brewing progresses, the liquor becomes increasingly mellow and sweet, leaving a lingering fragrance on the palate and a long-lasting finish.
