Increase 1-2 minutes for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of three brews.
Using a 120ml Gaiwan
8g of tea leaves | Water temperature 98°C | Rinse the tea leaves before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 10 seconds
2) 10 seconds
3) 10 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 20 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of five brews.
