| Brewing Method |
Using a 300ml Mug
8g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 100°C | 3 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves twice before brewing 
Increase 1-2 minutes for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of four brews.

Using a 120ml Gaiwan
8g of tea leaves | Water temperature 100°C | Rinse the tea leaves twice before brewing
Steeping time for each infusion:
1) 25 seconds
2) 25 seconds
3) 25 seconds
Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 25 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of six brews.
