The 2013 White Dew Imperial White exudes a fresh fruity aroma, reminiscent of green mango and dates. It has a soft, sweet, yet lively taste. The aftertaste carries dry, woody notes, and the tea is resilient, becoming sweeter with each infusion.

| Brewing Method |
Using a 300ml Mug

5g of tea leaves | Water Temperature 100°C | 5 minutes | Rinse the tea leaves twice before brewing
Increase 1-2 minutes for each subsequent brew, recommended for a total of three brews.

Using a 120ml Gaiwan
5g of tea leaves | Water temperature 98°C | Rinse the tea leaves twice before brewing
 Steeping time for each infusion:
 1) 30 seconds
 2) 30 seconds
 3) 15 seconds
 Subsequently, increase the steeping time by 20 seconds for each infusion. Recommended for a total of five brews.

Boil tea
5g of tea leaves | Low - Medium heat and simmer for about 5-10 minutes (or until it turns amber colour) | 600ml | Rinse the tea leaves twice before brewing
