To express appreciation for members who share their experiences with Yú Teahouse, the “Review Rewards” offer is presented.
1 | How to Submit a Review
After completing a purchase, reviews may be submitted by following the steps below:
- Log in to a registered account on the Yú Teahouse website and access the Member Centre or Order Details page.
- Click the “Review” button to enter the review page.
- Rate the product(s) in the order with a star rating and provide review content.
- Click “Submit” to publish the review.
2 | Shopping Credit Reward
- A shopping credit of $100 will be automatically issued upon submission of a review.
- Each order is eligible for one reward only.
3 | Use of Shopping Credits
- Shopping credits may be applied on a tiered basis according to order value ($100 for every $300 spent, and so on).
- Credits are applicable to tea and teaware purchases only.
- Not applicable to workshops or courses.
4 | Validity Period
- Shopping credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- Expired credits will not be reissued.
5 | Final Provisions
In case of any dispute, Yú Teahouse reserves the right of final decision.
